1. What are the possible rent terms?

At ATLAS, we offer rental agreements from 60+ days up to as long as you need. This ensures a degree of harmony for our community, while also offering stability for long-term residents.

2. Can I terminate the contract before the end of the term?

Yes, you can terminate the contract with prior notice — according to the one-month period stipulated in the contract.

3. Is there a rental deposit?

After signing a long-term (more than 60 days) contract, you’ll have to pay 700 eur deposit.

4. When will I get my deposit back?

You will get your deposit back within 5 days from the date of rental agreement termination and the return of the tidy apartment.

5. Can I register my residential address in ATLAS?

Yes, all long-term residents (staying for more than 60 days) can register their residential address for the rental period. Please contact the administration, and we will explain how to do it.

6. Can I live with my pets?

We are open and friendly to everyone, no matter how many legs you have. 😉 Of course, your pet should not disturb other inhabitants of ATLAS.

7. Can I have guests? Can they stay overnight?

Yes, you can invite guests. They can also stay overnight, but you will be responsible for them all the time they will stay in the ATLAS premises.

8. Is the administration open 24/7?

The administration’s working hours are 10:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. 7 days/week. If you need help at some other time, you can call +37065979777 and contact security or emergency services.

9. Is it possible to view the apartments before renting?

Yes, we invite everyone who wants to see ATLAS apartments to arrange a viewing time by calling +37065979777 or dropping a note at [email protected].

10. What appliances and equipment will I find in the apartment?

All apartments are fully equipped and suitable for living — you’ll find a bed, a table, a chair, a wardrobe for clothes and other stuff. Apartments also have hobs, sinks, fridges, and, of course, fully equipped bathrooms with showers. For an additional monthly fee, you can rent a full set of kitchenware and textiles for your comfortable living.

11. Does ATLAS have internet access?

You’ll find high-speed WIFI connection in all ALTAS spaces and premises, while apartments also have LAN connections for TVs or computers.

12. How does the rent payment process work?

After signing a long-term contract (more than 60 days), we ask you to pay a 700 eur deposit. A few days before your move-in date, or at the beginning of the month if your move-in date is at the start of the month, you will receive an invoice for rent. Later, you will pay rent and utility bills according to the invoices sent to your email address (for example, an invoice for March rent will be sent at the beginning of March). You will also be able to view all your payments on the self-service platform.

13. Does ATLAS charge additional fees?

ATLAS residents pay a fixed rental fee and a fixed utility bill, as indicated in the contract. No more unpleasant surprises — you will always know what expenses await you.

14. What should I take care of before moving in?

The apartment does NOT have bed linen, sheets, personal dishes, and kitchen utensils — you can bring your own or rent them directly from us. You will have this option when you sign the contract. If you have already signed it — contact us, and we will ensure that upon your arrival, you will find everything you need for your stay.

15. Where can I store my rarely used items or suitcases?

For your rarely used items, we offer various sizes of storage rooms and cabinets.

16. How does ATLAS ensure the security of its residents and their property?

All ATLAS common areas and building accesses are monitored by video surveillance cameras, and access itself is controlled by a key card access system. The building is also monitored by a 24/7 security service located on the territory.

18. Can residents park their cars at ATLAS?

ATLAS has a huge private and closed parking lot. Even though it’s large, the number of parking spaces is limited, so make sure to reserve one when you make your apartment reservation.
